Cancellation Policy

You can cancel Rollout at any time, with no questions and no retention call. This page explains exactly what happens when you do.

1. How to cancel

You have two ways:

  1. From the app — open Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
  2. From the Stripe billing portal — the link is in every invoice email and in Settings → Billing.

Cancellation is effective immediately when you click. You don't need to email us, but you can if something gets stuck: support@getrollout.app.

2. What happens to your access

When you cancel, your subscription is set to not renew. You keep full access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that:

  • The account drops to the free tier (read-only access to your existing projects and history).
  • Background processing and scheduled uploads stop.
  • Connected YouTube channels remain linked unless you disconnect them from Settings.

3. Cancelling during the free trial

If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you are not charged. Access continues until the trial would have ended, then the account drops to the free tier.

4. No partial refunds

We don't pro-rate cancellations. The period you already paid for runs to the end of the cycle (you keep using it), and we don't bill you again. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-year run for the remainder of the year and are not refunded — see the Refund Policy.

5. Pause vs. cancel

We don't currently offer subscription pausing. If you need a break, cancel from the app and re-subscribe when you're back — your projects, templates, and YouTube connections will be waiting.

6. Deleting your account

Cancelling stops billing. If you also want your data deleted:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or
  2. Email support@getrollout.app from your account email.

We delete personal data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices for tax). See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Re-subscribing

You can re-subscribe at any time from the Pricing page or Settings → Billing. We don't offer a second free trial, but your projects and settings are preserved if you re-subscribe within 30 days.
